Need "special access"?

I'm trying to reply to the "active members" thread but although I'm a member it says that I need special access to reply to that topic.

I as well got the same message, something about the user needing special access to view the thread, this happened for the 3 newest ORDERS threads.

Roger I will post and let dougy know you guys tried, I will also let Fools know about the posting issue and see if he can fix it.

Updated STG members to have access to all forums except Staff
